Marc Domb
Founder and CEO

Marc Domb

Marc has enjoyed a successful career in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. His advanced education began at the University of Central Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Services Administration and continued at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with a master’s degree in Physical Therapy. The combination of both a robust clinical and business background has provided Marc with an extremely diverse knowledge base responsible for his numerous achievements and successes.

Marc has personally developed and launched several start-up healthcare business models, including home health care, private care, durable medical equipment, and medical staffing, culminating in the successful sale of these companies. Marc has also been an expert in turn-around scenarios, bringing financial management expertise to stabilize operations.

As Founder and CEO of Revolution Healthcare Services, Marc is responsible for all budget management, financial reporting, and accounting for the RHS platform.

Ana Ortiz

Ana is a veteran within the Locum Tenens industry. With over 20 years of successful professional experience, Ana gives a unique perspective in understanding the challenges facing the healthcare staffing industry.

Today, she has established herself as one of the top recognized and result-oriented engaging leaders with a strong history of building, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams. Ana has trained and mentored dozens of top sales professionals, many of whom successfully advanced to senior level positions within their companies.

As Founder and COO of Revolution Healthcare Services, Ana oversees the daily operation of the company working closely with her executive team formulating business strategies, policies, and procedures. Ana’s focus is to ensure the entire organization’s values mirrors her high levels of professionalism and integrity.

VP Of Operations

Eileen Eneberg

Eileen brings over 26 years of experience and knowledge in the healthcare staffing industry. Her background includes recruiting, scheduling, risk management, and overall operations of a Locum Tenens organization. Eileen’s expertise with provider/client connections is recognized industry-wide. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Business Management.

As VP of Operations for Revolution Healthcare Services, Eileen oversees the daily operations of the off-shore, back-office, and support teams. Working closely with executive leadership, she strives to meet the company’s mission, strategic goals, values, and beliefs.

VP of Recruitment

Gregg Plugge

Gregg brings to Revolution Healthcare Services over 30 years of recruiting experience; he joined the executive team as the VP of Recruitment in 2022. His experience includes Locum Tenens recruiting, retained search, and marketing.

As a recognized recruiting leader in his field, Gregg has trained and groomed team members to achieve peak productivity contributing to their ongoing success as well as the ongoing success of the organizations. Gregg holds a degree in Business Marketing from Oklahoma State University.

Gregg’s role as the VP of Recruitment is to provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the recruiting team by enforcing team best efforts and industry standards work ethic throughout the entire recruiting cycle process.
